Hi
We have finished migrating all non-bpm scenarios from PI7.01 to PO. Now we need to start with ccBPM interfaces to NW-BPM.
Please clarify the following.
1. How do I check whether all related components of BPM/BRM are installed in my PO system. How do I check whether all are under same SID in PO?
2. What is the first step to access BPM, do I need to download NWDS and if so, should it be downloaded and connected with company server or can I download it in my own instance and communicate?
3. Do I need to install eclipse for this?
4. Please guide on steps to understand or perform CC-BPM to NW-BPM.
Regards
Sam
Hi
I can find the JDK version as jdk16.
NW731ext_16_rel with SP 11.
I am still unable to find the JVM. Although, checking Gaurav tip shows me the following.
sapjvm_6. Does it mean mine is jdk16 and sapjvm_6? if so, please advise which NWDS should I be using.

Hello
I have the PO version JDK as 1.6.0_101. But when I tried installing NWDS along with JAva, only enterprise customers are getting java version 1.6.0_101. Normal download is available only till 1.6.0_45.
Please help

I went into the 731 link and tried selecting the distribution.
There are two, one for external distribution and another for updatesite.
I assume I need to download first external distribution and then the update site one.
External distribution: 8.31.1600000.150402102025 SP16 PAT0000
Following this, I have downloaded the updatesite you mentioned.

Hello
All the links specifies that I need to download the correct NWDS based on my JDK and JVM version.
How do I check both JDK and JVM in PO?

Hi Sam,
Open Administration in Main page.
https://nwds.sap.com/swdc/downloads/updates/netweaver/nwds/nw/731/doc/prerequisites.html
JDK version
- Supported Java Development Kit (JDK) are from SAP AG or Oracle.Note that the JDK you use must be the 32-bit version. You can either use:
- JDK provided with the SAP JVM 6 "Windows Server on IA32 32-bit".
You can start the installation process from here.- JDK from Oracle.
You need JDK version 1.6 (1.6.0_7 or higher), 32-bit. You can download a JDK from http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads.- Note that for deployable applications, the JDK version of the Developer Studio must be the same as the JVM version of your application server.
Regards,
Praveen.
Hello
I still need an answer for the below one.
1. Where should I download NWDS? Can it be locally downloaded into my personal laptop and design and import back to my company PI?
2. We are using citrix to access my company PI server? Should the NWDS be downloaded into my company infrastructure?
3. How to check my JVM and download the JDK ? Again should it be local installation or in the company infrastructure?
Please aadvise
