Extract confirmation report in SRM

Hi All,

We have a requirement to view number confirmations created per user in last 2 years.

In ECC, MB51, or through any tables(EKBE) we are able to extract a list. But, for confirmations created through SRM, the changed by user is the RFC user.

Please provide your inputs.

Hi Mehul,

You can try to extract the details from the table CRMD_ORDERADM_H with the input in 'document type' and 'posting date' fields in SRM.

You should be able to extract all the confirmation documents created by all users in SRM for that period. Then you can filter out the details according to each user. You can also do it in MS excel.
