Schedule the BJS for import files into OB Campaigns

Hello,

I'm using automatic import folder to the outbound campaign and I want to configure a schedule for the BTS execute the import of files for campaigns.

Exemple: I want to schedule the BJS to run every day at 22:00 PM and then the Bacth Job import the files that are in the folder \\Automatic\OutboundCampaigns.

Is that possible to do this configuration?

Hi Rodrigo,

Not sure, if I understood your question properly

What is BTS>?

You can use FTP to upload your file and then create a Batch job (May be your client may be using the job creation tools ) after they create and scheduled . You can monitor them in SM37..

You can also create jobs in SM36 for SAP job..

You can get ABAPers help for maintaining file path in AL11.

Hi Rahaman N,

BTS = Batch Job Server is a service for import and export files of SAP CCtr.

I am using the standard configuration available in the SAP CCtr for import call list into campaing OB.

Adding New Schedules

Hi Agur,

Will this schedule work with import folder?

Because I think adding new schedules is only for imports that I did on SC not for import folder.
