Looking for tables in GRC that contain role assignment details

Hello

Does anyone know if/which tables in GRC contain role assignment information from other systems and clients? I need to put together a report of users, their roles, and how the roles are assigned (direct, composite, HR position) for analysis. GRACUSERROLE contains some of the information from AGR_USERS across our landscape, but not the assignment information. If we can utilize the data already in GRC, that would be much faster than running reports in each client.

GRACREQPROVITEM(field - Assignment Type) should be the table you are looking for which gives the role provisioning type(Direct/Indirect/combined)

Thank you for the response and the helpful link. Based on my understanding, this is a collection of data from existing access requests, correct? If so, what about roles that have not been requested yet?

Hi Briee,

There is no such attribute associated with the role which gives the assignment information.

This is controlled by the role provisioning type in SPRO -> Maintain Provisioning Settings.
