CRM -FICA - Account Class (BA Class) Mapping

Hi,

CRM has requirement to replicate CA for Account Category (VKTYP - 01-  Normal, 02 - Collective CA) from CRM to FICA.

We have given him account class which is common for both Account Category 01 and 02 but he is saying that CRM only allows mapping of single BA Class against template CA as BA Class is primary key (TFK_BUAG_REF). We don't want to create duplicated BA Classes in FICA.

Report is available but is to replicate old data only - FKK_BUAG_SEND_AC

So is there is any workaround to achieve this requirement.

Regards,

Paresh

Hi Paresh,

From what you mentioned, it seems in CRM side, there are 2 BUAG class configured in CRM. One for normal Buag and another for collective Buag. Now what you can do is map the collective Buag class to Normal Buag class in CRM side.

Transaction SPRO: Customer Relationship Management–> Master Data–> Business Partner–> Business Agreement–> Map Classes for Assignment to Collective Bill Business Agreement

Now, you have one Buag Class from CRM for both normal Buag and collective Buag.

Use this class to maintain template determination in ERP side.

Transaction SPRO: Financial Accounting (New) -> Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable -> Integration -> Customer Relationship Management -> Business Agreement -> Determine Template for Contract Account for Replication

You might find the following useful:

Business Agreement - Utilities Industry - SCN Wiki

Look at Collective Bill Business Agreement in the child page section.

Hope this helps.

HI,

Thanks for your reply.

But my issue is different. There is only one BUAG Class in CRM.

We want to use same BUAG class for replicating Normal and Collective CA but in CRM configuration BUAG Class is primary key so there is option to achieve the same.

Hi Paresh,

Not sure, when you are creating in Business agreement in CRM, how are going to determine, whether its a Normal CA or a Collective CA.

Anyways, there is an event 1024, through which you can set the Contract account category, when a contract account is created during the replication of a business agreement from CRM.

Check if it helps..

Thanks.
