SUM 1.0 SP17 - 500 Internal Server Error when starting SUM

Hi,

We are trying to start SUM 1.0 SP17 Patch10 for our NW 7.40 SPS10 update.

Unable to even load the SUM landing page. The SUM url opens with a password prompt, providing the sidadm user/password will lead to the mentioned error on SUM.

As soon the SUM url is started we get below error:

Status Code : 500

Status text : Internal Server Error

Dear Nagaraju,

Can you share the version of SAP host agent ??

Try to upgrade your host agent with latest patch and I believe it should resolve your problem.

Host agent was on 720, updating to 721 resolved the issue.
