Some Access Requests are not visible in search requests

Hi All,

We are currently on GRC 10.1 SP11. When we go to access requests some requests are not visible but these are present in the table GRACREQ. Any idea what could be the issue.

Praman,

two things that need to be checked. First, authorization especially GRAC_REQ object. If the user is unable to see e.g. a request type, than these do not show. Second, check from the request type since others do also use the same number range (e.g. User Access Review, SOD Review, etc.).

Hi Alessandro,

Thanks for the reply. As far as access goes activity has every thing except Administer. And the rest of the fields have complete authorization. We only have the access requests currently in the system. The others are not being used.
