automatically Select all characters （values） when entering the field

We have a lot of accounting documents to be modified;

Every time we enter a field, we have to delete the existing characters with pressing many times Delete key;

We want that the system can automatically select all characters inside,when entering the field. And press the delete key once, then we can directly input the new characters (value).

We use the SAP-gui740, the patch level is 7;

If we need to install other patches or to change the setting, please help, thank you very much!

I'm not sure if your question is regarding to Personas, if no,

there is no such function in SAPGUI.

You can consider to use "Get Variant" to switch between different input value.

You can select "Goto" -> "Variants" -> "Save as Variant" to save the input value.

When use GUI720,we can do this.

So I think Mybe I need to install other patch, or make other settings.

Because i have a lot of data to be modified，i need this function“select  all by mouse”.

            我们公司使用的是EHP7。

            以前我用GUI720的时候，可以在鼠标进入字段时，全选里面的字符，然后修改数字时直接输入就行。现在因为系统版本问题，需升级GUI740，但却没有了这个功能。

            不知道是不是需要安装其他补丁，或进行其他设置，又或者是OS设置的问题。

            因为我们进行物料维护时，有很多物料数据要修改，所以希望恢复这种“鼠标全选的功能”。
