Password Notification for dialog user but not for communication user

Dear GRC Experts

We are enabling auto provision, and we will customize a BRF+ rule to change the user type according to certain criteria. It means that there are some new accounts will be created with dialog user type, others will be the communication user type.

The requirement is that only the dialog users can get  email notification for the user password and role assignment,  email notification should not be sent to communication users even the email address has been maintained.

Can someone expert please help on this requirement? Thank you very much

that's possible to achieve with an enhancement spot (SEND_OVERRIDE). Please refer to the following document:

Just include a check for the user type and stop notification in case it's communication.

Thank you very much. I just checked the BADI, we can easily insert the user type check and stop notification 🙂

BTW, is there any BADI at the begining of the workflow? we planned to modify the user type in the customized BRF+ initiator rule, but it's not so easy
