Hi Experts,
I am not solman expert but currently working on Solman 7.1 SP14 & configured ITSM, i have configured access sequence & determine partner function procedure. now sold to party and reported by is working fine while creating service request(ZMQR) in crm_ui screen but the same thing when i m trying in creating incident both fields are not auto populating, however the same access sequence i have given to ZMIN also.
i tried changing & saving but no luck.
Can anyone help me on this.
