SAP GUI ISSUE

While doing migration of SAP from oracle to sybase we are getting following issues

1)While we are trying to login using GUI we are getting the following issue.

rabax error during sapgui logon

2)DDIC password is wrong?

we tried to login to gui to reset password we are getting rabax error during sapgui logon

Kindly provide the solution for password reset of DDIC user at os level (Sybase) and for GUI Issue.

We have done the above mentioned ways. We insert the parameters in DEFAULT.PFL. Is there any mistake in Parameters?

still we are getting same issue....
