Fiori Launchpad shows completely blank. (S4h Demo)

Dear All,

We recently installed S4H Demo server and everything was working fine.

Now as per the requirement we had created a new client 700 in our S4H demo server.

And done client copy with sap_cust from 000 client.

After that i have created the users for respective modules and given roles as per the users in 100 client.

Now the problem is when opening FIORI Launchpad with respective users there is no groups and tiles are showing. But in the 100 client it is working very fine.

After i went through so many docs what changes i have done is.

1) Client copy from 100 with SAP_PROF (thought of problem with authorization with users)

2) Created the system alias and given it to the certain OData services.

3) Searched in Gateway Error log. Nothing.

So please anyone give me a solution. I was trying this for more than 1 week.

Hi John,

Check if cleaning cache is helpful or not.

In addition, please check if any authorization is missing in transaction SU53.

Do you see any error message(s) in the browser console when you login to the launchpad? Also what FPS is your S/4HANA?

Hi sir,

No there is no error messages in the browser.

S4hana 1511 FPS 02 is the version.

The problem is in the 700 client only.

100 is working very fine.

In client 700 please check if the relevant notes for FPS02 mentioned here 2189824 - SAP S/4HANA, on-premise edition 1511: Release Information Note have been implemented.
