How to solve "Resource not found for segment 'Task Supports' " error in My Inbox app

Hi all,

I'm currently trying to deploy the standard Fiori app 'My Inbox' into my Launchpad.I followed the app implementation document for doing that.

But right now, I'm getting an error "Resource not found for segment 'Task Supports' " when I try to open the app from my Launchpad.

Can Someone help me with this?

Hi Ramya,

What is the sp level for UIX01CA1 component and IWPGW in Gateway system. Make sure you have implemented all the notes on top of these SP levels.

Also provide if it is Version 1 or 2 of my inbox.

Share screenshots for the error.

1. UIX01CA1                         6    

2. IW_PGW                           5

SAPUI5 component -  CA_FIORI_INBOX (installed and activated)

Odata service    -/IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING (002) (activated)

Do I need anything else?

Hi Ramya,

IWPGW version should be atleast at SP8 for taskprocessing in gateway system. Kindly upgrade this to SP8. Check this information note, minimum prerequisite is >SP07.
