solman_admin roles missing

hello,

In Solman_setup -->system preparation , the tab Maintain users is in yellow as the user SOLMAN_ADMIN exists but not with all required roles .

Please find teh screenshot below :

While trying to update , I am not able to find the option to update role  for few roles.

Is it the issue with my user not having proper authorization to create roles?

The option will come only for roles need to be updated.

But why is it still showing in yellow ?

I am still getting the warning as the user SOLMAN_ADMIN exists but not with all required roles .
