You need to execute report RSPO0041 from transaction se38 and delete old spool requests.
Please check with the BASIS team, they will perform this on your behalf.
You should also know the retention period you need to use for spools.

i am run this report RSPO0041 this is no spool request spool is empty still there getting error.
