Solman 7.2 Document Management process

Hi ,

In Solman 7.2 how document management process works.  Looking for below scenarios.

1) Upload documents/ Mass upload in Process management

2) Edit Documents

3) Release the updated documents

4) How document status relates to Charm CD statuses

5) Document versioning

As Solution Documentation in 7.2 is drastically changed with Branch concept, so any pointers on above points will be helpful.

If you go for DMS, then CSADMIN & OAC0 & OACT would help or else you can take other services also like Open-Text or FileNet
