Integration of SAP HR to Concur & vice versa

Hi Experts,

At present we are using SAP R/3 Travel managment  from past 5 years.

Now top  managment  has decided to go with SAP Concur.

At this juncture, I have some queries.

1. How to integrate concur with SAP? What data has to be flown from SAP to Concur and what could be the best method for doing so.

2. Also how the Travel & expenses data flow from Concur to SAP ( at present we are thinking of Posting activites to be done in SAP only)

Please advice us for suceesful transformation of SAP Travel management to Concur.

Also please share any links, pewrtaining to this integration.
