IBP: Error - The back end send two operators with same ID

Hi,

It started in the last couple of days / weeks.

We have that error when we login the Excel UI :

IBP: Error

The back end send two operators with same ID

an item with the same key as already been added

I still can login and all seems well.

Any idea what could be causing this. We are on IBL 6.2 with tthe 6.2 Excel Add-In.

Hi Marc,

I had a similar error. Mine was related with copy operator IDs. Those that were in the system by default had same IDs as the newly created ones where ID was generated automatically.

Perhaps you can check this

Thanks for your feedback.

How did you fix it ? I see that my COPY operators use the same numbering as the IO operators, but I don't have the option to change the numbering of my COPY Operators. The number is automatically populated.

Then not this is the source of your issue, as they are of a different type.

In my case the numbering of COPY operators started from the same ID as the default ones.

Please raise an incident, most likely a fix has to be applied.

Hi Marc,

This is a known issue for IBP 6.2 system and a hotfix was already developed by the IBP development team.

Please raise an incident as suggested by Alecsandra and it will be applied for your system ID.
