EmployeeData integration with SF

Hi Experts,

We are planning to implement SF and looking for options to integrate Employee Data with SF.

Program - RH_SFI_SYNCHRONIZE_EMPL_DATA can be used to generate the file. SAP SF Addon 01,02 and 03 were installed.

Can you help us with pros and cons of the below 3 options available -

1. Flat File Integration

We can generate the file using the program - Program - RH_SFI_SYNCHRONIZE_EMPL_DATA.

This will generate a flat file in the application server.

- How is this file transferred to SF SFTP?

- Do we use any middleware to transfer the file like GIS?

2. Middleware Integration using SAP PI

- Please help us with required configuration using this option

3. Middleware Integration using HCI

- Currently we are not planning to use this option.

For option 1 -> You can check with your SF Tenant Admin. They might typically have the SFTP Service enabled on the tenant and you can connect to the same. Else, you might need to use a middleware or a script to transfer the file.

For option 2 -> I would suggest you look at service.sap.com/rds -->  Cloud --> People --> SAP ERP HCM Integration to SAP Success Factors.

To add for option 2 -> You would need to make sure that SOAP Axis Framework is deployed on your PI Server.
