Hello Reza,

I recommend to disable the "HTTP friendly" error messages from IE.

If you are receiving a SAP-specific message, then it is hidden by IE.

You can also use Fiddler or HttpWatch (Professional version) to capture the HTTP data and see what is the HTTP error code that is coming from the server - along with the content received from it.

If you still cannot find the reason, then you should contact the Basis team to have access to server logs.

Kind regards,

Cris

Hello Cris,

Thanks for reply.

I had Disable the HTTP friendly error messages.

But still the samme. My problem is there is no error in sap trace in NWA.

When I used F12 from browser I get this.

The IVEW get intrupt when tring connect backend application.

Thanks

Hello Reza,

I see that you are calling a Web Dynpro ABAP application using HTTPS. Do you have HTTPS configured in the ABAP server? Maybe a Fiddler trace would help more - to investigate the actual HTTP code that is returned when the iView is loaded.

Kind regards,

Cris

Any idea why there is no information for this error in NWA trace log file?

Hello Reza,

Please talk to your network team.

Most likely host ved2.bane.dk cannot be reached, causing the issue you are facing.

Kind regards,

Cris

Hi Reza,

Try to calling https://ved2.bane.dk from the other tab of same browser. It should give you error as page cannot display.

If yes, the error is there it means it is purely a network issue as mentioned by Cris.

Anil Bhandary
