Instance performance and Database configuration metrics grey

Hello,

I have setup MAI for a system. But in system monitoring dashboard, the instance performance all metrics are grey but other category (availability & configuration)metrics are rated.

Also, Database configuration metrics are grey.

On checking data collection for db metric, it shows no scheduling data avaialable.

Can anyone help to solve this please.
