SAP Basis daily checks report from Solman

Hello,

I am looking to automate the sap systems daily monitoring checks report from solman.

Normally we will do health checks for the transactions db12,sm51,sm66,sm37,sm58,db13,smicm,etc..

Is it possible to generate the health checks report to specified transaction checks for managed sap systems from solman and send the reports to specific mail id?

Yes , Guided Processor can be Configured in Standard Support..

Solman Manager is Free Tool Provided By SAP with Standard Support License.

Hi Rahul

Nearly all functionality can be configured in standard contract support  but that doesn't mean you're supposed to ... if you want to be correct, you should check out the licensing information around SAP Solution Manager. I'm not so sure that guided procedures are allowed to be used by standard support contract customers, I don't think so.

New functionality that isn't part of "basic monitoring" falls under Enterprise Support contract normally I would think.

If you want to get a detailed report, it is better to use EWA.

Hello ,

From Technical Monitoring Template .we may not get the Monitoring Report .. just we can see an alerts and confirm the Alerts if Required

Getting an Report for Specific Tcodes , Please Configure Guided Processor

For Example .. if Customer A has Opted an system health checks Monitoring sheet which needs to be Send Every Day manually by Executing an Tcodes as per the customer Template ..

This Requirement we may not do it Automatically ..

Just we can Monitor or get the Reports for Specific Tcodes

Hello Rahul,

Thanks for your reply. I will check the Guided procedure.

One more clarification. we are having the Solution Manager standard support and not enterprise support.

In standard support, whether we can configure this Guided procedure?

Please check the Templates in technical Monitoring all these activities will be available.. on the basis of that template you generate the report..

Hi Gagandeep,

Thanks for your reply. We have configured the solman alert mail based on that template and will receive mail when there is some issue.

How to generate health check report based on that template for system wise?
