batch is not determining in sequence

Dear experts,

Need Immediate  solution

in outbound delivery the batches are not determining in sequence order..

ex: july 1st  12345 batch

     july 10th  98765 batch.

     augst 5th 121212 batch like..(but its working like random sequence)

while creating outbound delivery in the batch split items it should not coming in sequence order...

can you please guide me...

we have done the sort sequence and its ascending order only...and it has assigned to strategies type...

Hi Viswa,

You need do following steps.

1. Create Characteristic T code:CT04 in this additional data tab maintain table MCH1 and field VFDAT

2. Create Class T Code:CL02, with class type 023 and assign the characteristic in the class.

3.While creating condition record in VCH1 for material you have to assign the Class in selection criteria tab.

Now create outbound delivery system split the batch automatically based on shelf life(expiry date)
