info record, purchasing org, purchasing group is missing in external activity screen

Hi,

when creating external activity, the 'info record', 'purchasing organization', 'purchasing group', 'sort term' is not appeared in the screen.   Would you please advise where can I set these fields to be appeared.  (I've checked in OPUB and found theses fields are also already set as 'input' ).

Hi Rujira,

Check the Transaction code : OPUC and assign those fields to your network profile  and check

and also try OP5A  fyr.

Hi Rujira,

In OPUB, click on 'Influencing' button and set Network profile as the profile you are using in operational projects. My assumption is that you might see all fields as hidden specifically set for this Network profile.
