Dear Bharath,

as mentioned by Spencer the official way is to archive your transactions. However there is a report crm_order_delete which can be used as well. However crmd_order is no longer supported anyway.

Please consider note 611295 - Deleting replicated documents

Best regards

Hi Bharath ,

Their is one program Bupa_Test_Delete ,Execute this program here you can give transaction Number ,transaction type etc.

Else you can execute FM Bupa_Dela .

I hope this will help you.

Rasika.

Hi,

In addition to all the replies above, I would suggest you to archive sales orders.

If sales order is wrongly created by accident, you may delete it.

For the correct sales orders, you need to set it to completed, and archive them.

Hello,

As mentioned, you need to be in edit mode to be able to have the option to delete an order in SAP GUI. You can take a look at the screen prints below for more clarity on the process (click on the pictures to display in full size).

Have a great day!

Bharath,

When you open the order in CRMD_ORDER under tab 'Business transactions' you will find 'Delete' option. If you are in change mode then that option will be active.

Please note that this is true for orders originally created in CRM and not for those which have been replicated from R/3.
