Hello,

There are mutiple options which can help you to fulfill your requirement.

1. Configure Techmon Alert in Solution Manager.

2. Configure CCMS Alert as per SAP note: 1138223 (Based on CCMs alert configure Autoreaction method with Email feature)

3. Create Custom code which read the background job table with status as Cancelled variant and send mail.

actually i am looking for some out going mails are failing in sost for that i required auto alert for failed outgoing  mails to my mail id,

Hello,

I am note sure with such configuration in SAP, but yes there was an option earlier in SCOT where we can check the box for getting the delivery receipt confirmation. Hope delivery recipt confirmation also indirectly fulfill your requirement.
