Dear All,
Since 11:30 AM today, all our Android users are getting prompted by Mobile Secure client to authenticate by entering credentials repeatedly. The prompt doesn't go even after entering the correct password. All Afaria services are up and running. Please advise what could be the issue.

More than likely the authentication portion is failing to your backend active directory. Check and make sure your status dashboard is showing connectivity is established.
