GATP Interchangeability not working in specific plant

Hi gurus,

I am new with GATP Interchangeability and I am fighting with the system to unsertand in what point can be the difference of system behaviour between plants.

I have configured superssession chains in 2 plants, in one plant when in sales order checks ATP, system shows me correctly the material that replaces the original material. But in a new plant that I have configure any reference to succesor material appears.

What points I have to check in order to assure that 2 plants run equal for GATP Interchangeability.

Hi Ugai,

In Rule Maintenance /SAPAPO/RBA04.

Check how the Rule is defined, If Prod+Loc (INCMD) used then there should be an Location Determination procedure ( which you can see in /n/INMD/UI) assigned to it (OR) if Prod + Loc (without INCMD) then there should be a location chain/substitution (in Rule maintenance itself) assigned to it.

Check on all above settings whether your new plant have been added or not.

Also Check the RULE CONTROL, Whether the location search is initiated or not.
