Dear Experts,
We are upgrading SAP portal from 7.0 to 7.4. As part of it, we are trying to migration UME users, groups and roles.
Since we have MDM applications in our portal, individual user has been mapped to MDM system via user mapping.
We had followed standard UME Export/Import to migrate UME users to portal 7.4, but couldn’t export user mapping of the user.
We know there is UME api to export and import UME users. UME api does not fetch mapped password from user mapping. Anyone has any idea on why User details in usermapping is fetching properly using api, not mapped password?
Kindly let us know how do we move user with MDM user mapping from one portal version to another.
If anyone of you worked on similar requirement, kindly help us here to resolve this issue.
Note: We have around 7000 MDM users, so manual user is not the option here.
