Cannot see messages reported by me in Solman ITSM

Hello Experts,

Suddenly i cannot see the messages reported by me section in Solman ITSM. I want to know what´s the reason of this, attached image of the issue.

It was working fine before showing all the incidents reported.

Issue solved.

Suddenly transaction type ZMIV disappeared from role ZSAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE.

Sorry to say but based on your explanation it would be a small miracle that someone guesses without further information how this has happened. You never know of course, it might just happen but I would strongly suggest you to provide more information.

Did someone make any kind of change to settings or customizing for example? Did you check the widget configuration in the customizing?

Can you log the whole process perhaps to provide more details? How did you create an incident for example, self service or?

Did you check logging on the system (SLG1 for example)?

I hope that by giving more information, someone might be able to help you out.
