Technical Monitoring Dashboard Launch ERROR: Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible. (termination: RABAX_STATE)

Dear Experts,

Currently we are using Solution Manager 7.1 SP13, and facing below error while configuring dashboard for Technical Monitoring.

I have added below as Favorites in SAP Solution Manager System.

When I Launch above configured favorite  "Technical Monitoring Dashboard" it is throwing below Error.

And at backend a dump is generated, Below are the details of Dump.

Any Pointers to resolve above issue,.
