Declaration based on PAPTY

Hi Team,

I want to search the custom document based on the type of Document field -PAPTY (/SAPSLL/CUHD_LOAD_0410_S).

In this case for all the type of R133 of the Customs declarations , I should find , how to do it ?

For Import You can use this transaction

/n/SAPSLL/CUHD_DOC_IMP

For Export

/n/SAPSLL/CUHD_DOC_EXP

your above 2 transaction are to get the PAPTY documents based the declaration number, but i want search in the reverse ( based on the PAPTY documents find the declarations ).

Hello Santosh,

Dave is right. In Germany the custom authority releases the so called code lists. See

Click on

Ausfuhr

Dynamische Codelisten des Ausfuhrverfahrens

Here we find the code list I0136 Unterlagen and C0014 Previous Document Type (Common) and therefore valid in Germany PAPTY.

Ask the "competent" customs authority, which documents are valid.

Hi Santosh,

As far as I know, there's no standard functionality (for example, report or Search Help) for such enquiries, but you can use SE16, searching in table /SAPSLL/LEGDOC.
