Hello forum.
I have a required characteristic with a fixed scope and subsequent characteristics dependent on the result of the first (must answer "Yes" - required when controlling characteristic is accepted).
I have a user who enters the number inspected into the inspected column, selects all characteristics, and unlocks to get to the dependent characteristics.
Then the user enters results for the dependent characteristics, without completing the first, and selects "Close". This is closing the required characteristic as accepted with no value entered.
Is this normal / expected behavior for required characteristics to be able to be closed with a valuation of accepted without results as long as the number inspected has been entered / adhered to?
Thank you in advance,
Cristin
Hi Cristin!! Long time no see or hear!
I suspect this it due to valuation rule used on the first charateristic. It might be based on number of non-conforming as opposed to the attributive inspection result.
Check in your sample procedue for the first characteristic what the valuation mode is.
I suspect it might be 100 instead of 400.
