GRC 10.1 UAR Scheduler job issue

Hello Everyone,

I am getting dump while reading attributes selection page from background scheduler  in NWBC for any type of activities but am looking for UAR only.

Below are the steps to reproduce the issue.

NWBC-->Access Management-->Background Scheduler -->Give the job name and select Schedule activity as "Generates data for access request UAR review" then click on next. it is throwing a DUMP.

I am attaching ST22 DUMP for your reference.

Hi Sushma

Did you make sure that all the BC sets are activated and RFC user has all the authorizations required? It seems somewhere it is referencing Zero as the object .

We are on 10.1/SP15 and had no issues in scheduling the jobs.

Thank you for your response.

I have activated all the BC sets and given SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW to RFC user.

Below is the error am getting while navigating to next screen where we select the data to schedule the job.

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Access using a 'ZERO' object reference is not possible. (termination: RABAX_STATE)

in UAR job, do select what needed and remove the unwanted parameters and schedule the job.

I am not able to reach to that page.I am getting DUMP in step 2 of scheduler job which is the parameters selection screen.

look for UAR data generation program in SE38

Hello Sushma,

To resolve this dump, implement the latest version of SAP note 2290297 - AC 10.1 ARA : GRC NWBC 750 issues in FPM. Let us know the result.

Hi Zoltan,

Thank you for the response.

We have already implemented in the systems and still getting the same issue.I noticed that issue with DEV system and am able to open the same screen in QA system.
