Oracle upgrade on 10.2.5.0 to 12.1.2.0 getting Pre -requisites isuue.

Hi ....

Please to help me while i am upgrading the oracle by using DBU getting access denied issue . after resolving the access denied i am stuck on Pre - Requisites phase. Already a attached a log files also.

Please check the log files also.
