Archive files on Sender Idoc.

Hi,

I have a requirement that I need to archive the files on Sender Idoc CC, is there any way to perform this?

Hi Vijay,

The IDocs should be available from the source system so not sure why you would also want to archive them in a secondary location.

The requirement is that they need a archive in PI system too...

So, do i need to create another interface Idoc- file for archiving?

Yes, or you can add a second receiver for the archiving.  However, it seems quite foolish to have two copies of the same data since IDocs can get very large depending on the data set included.

Do you mean you want to archive IDOC-XML , well then not possible from sender channel.

you need to create an interface IDOC--->PI--->Archival Location.
