Error Opening AskHR portal - 500 Error - Session_properties_failed try loading again

Hello Guys,

We are implementing employee service center by integrating SuccesFactor employee central  to C4C using Hana Cloud Platform cockpit. We have configured all the necessary steps given in guide but when we click on AskHR link in SF then it gives below error:

'500 Error - Session_properties_failed try loading again'. See the attachment for more details and kindly help.

Hi Nitin : Here are 2 things you can check if it was working till now & suddenly you see the mentioned error..

1) Try log off.. Refresh browser & then log in.. and see whether no error.. If still an error then try below..

2) Check whether anything got changed for Authentication User at HCP Destinations Configuration UI_CUST   ( whether that user at C4C locked or changed or password expired/changed or authorizations changed )
