Add external Javascript Library/Bootsrap to Fiori App

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement where i want to add below scripts to my fiori app.

  <script src="https://www.google.com/jsapi/"

    type="text/javascript"></script>

  <script src="http://www.google.com/uds/solutions/dynamicfeed/gfdynamicfeedcontrol.js"

    type="text/javascript"></script>

As i dont have index.html i am not getting how to add this to my app.
