ITMS BW Reporting - No SID found for value of characteristic 0SPRTTYPE

We need to active the ITSM BW Reporting on our Change Request Managment tool. In order to perform this activation, we are following this configuration guide:

Every point that was marked inside the yellow square, was executed succesfully. But, when we execute the ITSM BW Reporting, the system display an error.

In the SOLMAN_SETUP, the activation BI Content and the Schedule extractors tasks was performed succesfully.

We need your help, to review which task is missing us in order to execute correctly the BW Reporting.

Hi S Sriram,

Thanks for your answer. I saw the link that you related to me and i found that one of the extractors aren't working.

Now my problem is what should i do to fix it.?. Any idea?
