Hi. When did you get this error?  On transmit or on changing the configuration in the SAP Syclo Configpanel section?

Our first guess is that either the data you are presenting on the create method is missing data or your filter that you are using was configured or setup that didn't use the correct key.

You probably need to give more information so that the community of SAP dev/support and others can assist here.

Other reference SCN article that is not tied to Work Manager but SAP backend related:  (hopefully can give you a hint).

Hello Mark,

Thanks for your guidance. Error was observed after configuration. Basis installed SMP and now they are in process of doing redeployment of the application agentry. I will do config afterwards and let you know about the exact issues i am facing in 'FETCH BOM' Functionality.
