Our eGRC 10.1 end users access their system exclusively via the NWBC Web Client. We are interested in rolling out Incident Management to this user community from within NWBC. We are running SolMan 7.1 SP12. In these systems it is already possible for them to open a ticket from "SAP GUI --> Help --> Create Support Message" however most don't sign into the GUI so this adds little value.
So far, we've been unable to find instructions to integrate SolMan ITSM with NWBC web client, is it possible and if so where might we find the documented steps?
