Blank screen starting ITS

Dear all,

we have a new RF scanner. When trying to connect to SAP i get only a blank page.

Any ideas what could be the reason.

With the old scanner it is working.

Difference is the resolution. The new one has only 320 x 240 px.

Hi ,

Could be a matter with the Scanner OS. You can try getting a feed from the DataLogic support. Anyways is it a 2D scanner? Could you once again run SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INTERNAL & then check in the scanner whether working or not.

What happens if you test using a web browser from your desktop? Can you see the results?

Is there a way to see the source code from the web page displayed in the handheld device?

unfortunately no chance to see the source code.

From desktop browser it is working fine.

Hi Tobias,

Have you regenerated the templates in SE80, published all the services?

Have you tried to capture the network traffic using Wireshark?
