Avoid ATP check after VKM3

Hello,

we would like to block ATP check after credit limit check was released with VKM3.
Therefore we have changed User Exit: USEREXIT_AVAIL_CHECK_CREDIT and selected "CON_CHECK NO".
Unfortunately that change doesn't bring expected result. It seems that ATP check is performed before the user exit is executed.

Do you have any idea how to block ATP check after VKM3 is performed?
