Triggering disposition routing with logged NC Code via Data collection.

Hi guys,

is it possible somehow to trigger a Disposition Routing if a Data Collection runs on fail and the assigned NC Code is logged automatical? Currently, I have this problem that for example a Parameter value is out of Limit and the assigned Fail - NC Code will be logged but the Disposition Routing doesn't start.  I assigned a NC Code with a Disposition Routing. If I log the same NC Code manually, the Disposition Routing is working. Do you have any idea why it's not working??

Hi Marco,

I doubt this is covered by the design. Might be a design gap but needs to be considered by SAP ME Product Management for a final decision. You'd rather address this request to SAP ME Consulting team to initiate the review of this feature.
