for example :material X cost price is 10 Rs he wants its sell price

of material X should be 30% of cost price how we can do this.

Hi,

Use the condition type VPRS in your pricing procedure and the for the base price PR00 use the calculation type as percentage and in pricing procedure as manual condition type.

In the sales order level when you get the cost price, manually input the condition type PR00 and enter the amount of percentage the business wants to sell the material for.

I think in this case alternative calculation type(AltCTy) can help.

Write a routine based on ur requirement and it in ur pricining procedure in AltCTy feild of ur respective conditon type.
