Project Management Tool by Webdynpro abap

Hi,

Is there any sample project management tool,which was developed by webdynpro abap.

like manager creates customer and then create project code,project phases and  then assign task to project code with phases.

after that assign resource to project code... and finally resource view.

any similar tool available ...
