Hi,
we want to write an Android App, using the SAP Mobile Platform SDK to get access to our ERP 6.0 via SMP 3.0 Server. The app will be managed by the AirWatch EMM system. This AirWatch system has an F5-proxy to provide access to the corporate network. One way to connect to the F5-Proxy is using the AirWatch SDK. This SDK provides own http-classes, replacing the Java-SDK classed (httpClient replaced by AWHttpClient).
On the other hand, the SAP Mobile Platform SDK encapsulates all the http stuff by providing the OData-SDK.
Is there a way to get access to the F5-Proxy when using the SAP Mobile Platform SDK?
There is discussion in the product documentation about using proxy servers and I have seen F5 used before from the SAP SMP SDK. I am not aware of any official certification with third party MDM providers though.
Regards,
Kevin
