Missing message content in PO message monitoring screen

Hi, What settings needs to be enable to see message content tab in PO single stack message monitoring screen. Currently I am just getting below tabs, message content tab is missing.

I guess this is due to missing roles , try with any other user.

SAP_XI_MONITOR_J2EE

SAP_JAVA_NWADMIN_LOCAL_READONLY
