Hi Experts,
where exactly PI messages logs are storing in backend database ? any specific duration for that details in Database?
Could you help me on this.

From SAP NetWeaver PI 7.1 and higher the audit log is not persisted for successful messages in the database by default
to avoid performance overhead. Therefore, the audit log is only available in the cache for a limited period of
time (based on the overall message volume).
Audit log persistence can be activated temporarily for performance troubleshooting where audit log
information is required. To do so, use the NWA and change the parameter
“messaging.auditLog.memoryCache” to false in service XPI Service: Messaging System by setting the
parameter to false. Details can be found in SAP Note 1314974 - PI 7.1 AF Messaging System audit log
persistence. Only do so temporarily during the time of troubleshooting to avoid any performance problems
from the additional persistence.
