Hi All,

I have created main project on which I have refer it's sub project which is other project by assigning at WBS level. So after assigning sub project to main project, is it possible to link all activities from main project to sub project?

Regards,

Faizan

Hi Faizan,

Subproject field works as a label, that can be used later for a cross-project WBS-elements selection.

Purely for the Information System (call it reporting).

Hi Abul,

Yes I have created sub project from OPUM ans assign on other project but my scenario is that after assigning sub project to main project, I can link all activities and date scheduling with main project so is that possible in SAP standard?

Hi Faizan,

The functionality you seek is standard in SAP PPM Projects, but not in PS.

For PS Projects, you will have to check with your development team.

Hi Aditya,

Thanks for your response, please tell me if I can't link all activities and date scheduling from sub project to main project than for what purpose sub project is used in SAP PS?

Hi Faizan,

Standard SAP allows to create relationship between multiple networks, eventhough the network and activities are assigned to different projects. But you need to carryout this thorugh manual selection may be based on Sub-Projects.

Thanks
